Step-by-step guide

Complete PDF removal, cloud upload and sharing workflow

This process is useful for scanned files, application packets, contracts, invoices, reports and any PDF where blank pages, duplicate pages, cover sheets, or private pages need to be removed before saving or sending.

Step 1

Choose how to upload the PDF

Open the home page and choose the source for the original PDF. You can start from a file on your computer or import from cloud storage.

  • Click Select PDF file to pick a PDF from your computer.
  • Drag a PDF onto the upload panel to load it immediately.
  • Click Drive to choose a PDF from Google Drive.
  • Click Dropbox to choose a PDF from Dropbox.

The upload screen supports local file selection, drag and drop, Google Drive and Dropbox import.

Step 2

Review and resize the page previews

After the PDF opens, each page appears as a thumbnail. Use the thumbnail size slider above the pages to make previews smaller or larger.

  • Smaller previews make it easier to scan many pages.
  • Larger previews help when you need to inspect page contents before deleting.
  • The total page count and selected page count stay visible above the grid.

The thumbnail slider changes the page preview width and height together.

Step 3

Select pages that require removal

Mark the pages you want to delete before creating the edited PDF. Selected pages show a red border and trash badge so you can review the choice before exporting.

  • Click a thumbnail to select or unselect that page.
  • Hold shift while clicking to select a continuous range.
  • Enter page ranges like 2,4-7,10 in the Page numbers field.
  • Use Clear, Invert or Select all to adjust selections quickly.

Safety check

At least one page must remain

The app prevents creating an empty PDF. If every page is selected, remove pages stays blocked until you leave at least one page unselected.

Step 4

Create the edited PDF

Click Remove pages. The app creates a new PDF without the selected pages and shows a PDF ready panel with the number of pages kept and the final file size.

  • Click Download PDF to save the edited file to your device.
  • Click Google Drive to upload the edited PDF back to Drive.
  • Click Dropbox to upload the edited PDF back to Dropbox.

The result panel separates download, cloud upload and sharing actions so the next step is clear.

Step 5

Upload the edited PDF to Google Drive or Dropbox

The cloud upload buttons send the newly created PDF, not the original file. Choose the destination that should store the cleaned document.

  • Google Drive opens a Google authorization flow when needed, then uploads the edited PDF to your Drive.
  • Dropbox opens a Dropbox authorization popup when needed, then uploads the edited PDF to your Dropbox files.
  • If the cloud service asks for permission, approve it only for the account where you want the edited PDF saved.

Cloud permissions

Uploads require account approval

Cloud import and cloud upload use provider authorization.

Step 6

Create a temporary share link and QR code

Click Create share link after the PDF is ready. The app creates a temporary link for the edited PDF and displays a QR code for moving the PDF from desktop to phone.

  • Use the copy button to copy the share link.
  • Point your mobile camera at the QR code to open the PDF on your phone.
  • Click Open shared PDF to preview the shared viewer.

The share panel includes the sharable link, QR code, WhatsApp, email, Messenger and Open shared PDF actions.

Step 7

Send the PDF through WhatsApp, email or Messenger

The message buttons prepare a share message with the temporary PDF link. Pick the channel that matches how the recipient should receive the file.

  • WhatsApp opens a WhatsApp share URL with the link included.
  • Email opens a mail draft with a subject and the PDF link in the body.
  • Messenger uses the device's Messenger handler where supported.

Step 8

Open the shared PDF viewer

The shared PDF page opens the document automatically and keeps the Download PDF button available. The viewer renders pages as the recipient scrolls.

  • The page count appears in the header after the PDF loads.
  • Large PDFs render progressively instead of relying on a browser's built-in PDF viewer.
  • The Download PDF button remains available if the recipient wants to save the file.

Privacy and temporary files

What happens to the PDF?

The basic page-removal workflow runs in the browser. If you create a share link, the edited PDF is temporarily stored so another browser or phone can open it from the link or QR code. Shared links expire after 2 hours.
